Support small businesses like Lincoln Park Mexican Restaurant, a women-owned travel agency

CHICAGO (WLS) – Since the start of the pandemic, there has been a change in the workforce.

When times are tough, people acquire an entrepreneurial spirit.

According to the Census Bureau, more than 4.4 million new businesses were started in the United States in 2020. Economists believe that a combination of accessible technologies, home containment and free time may have been the catalyst.

At the start of 2022, the upward trend in entrepreneurship is still present.

Knowing how important it is to get support for a new business, here are two new businesses that can use it in the New Year.

Mexican cuisine Tecalitlan and margarita bar, also known as TEC, is a staple for fresh and authentic Mexican food in Chicago. They recently moved from Chicago Avenue in West Town to a new location at NEWCITY in Lincoln Park. Although they’ve been around for a while, moving to a new area can be a challenge.
